Scenery on a model railroad

Scenery on the model railway           Home

Scenery is a very important part of the model railway. Visitors are immediately confronted with te scenery. Not the complicated wiring under the track, the rail plan or other complicated parts catch the eye of the visitor. The landscape, called scenery, determines whether or not a model railway is beautiful. At an exhibition, the tracks and modules with the most beautiful scenery are the most crowded.

The backdrop is also a part of the scenery and can be approached in various ways. A shade of gray wall or just a cloudy sky, a city view, a mountain landscape, meadow, forest etc. is all possible. You can create this by painting or as a photo poster. Its about what you like yourself.

The scenery is also something where you can fully live out your own idea.

Many forms of Scenery Building are presented in this chapter.
